Add django_evolution to the automake configuration, including the diffviewer changes.  Also picked up some other missing files.

Testing Done

django_evolution now is installed by automake on my system.

I'm looking to get rid of our automake setup soon and moving to Python setuptools, which should prevent these sort of problems down the road (though it will require people install django-evolution separately, but I'm looking to make that easy).
