Description

Increase the size of the review request actions.

The review request actions were hard to hit on smaller screens. In
general, given how important they are, they're just too small. This
increases the size and makes the more prominent and easier to hit.

Testing Done

Looked at the items and the submenus. They were bigger. What can I say.

We do. When the menu is shown, the active item has a color, and so does the top-level menu item (Close). I just forced it open with CSS for the screenshot, which bypassed all that.
