Generate and upload Jazz Patches to RTC server.
post-review assumes:
* you are in directory with loaded (at least) workspace
* repository_url (may) contains workspace's flow-target uuid - used when more workspaces are loaded in the same directory
* diff is generated for changes between workspace and their flow-target
* if any arguments are passed to post-review command they are used as arguments for 'lscm diff' command in form 'lscm diff --fullpatch *args'
