2855: Clicking into an issue on the summary doesn't focus on the issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a review
2. Click "Collapse all" to make sure comments/issues are collapsed
3. Click on an issue on the issue summary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The clicked issue is focused. Instead, nothing happens.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Mac OS X. Chrome.
