Improve some of the rb-site log output.

Some users got confused when seeing what looked like errors during
database upgrades. This is usually django-evolution complaining about
unapplied evolutions, followed by us applying them.

We now let the user know that anything they see in the logs can be
ignored unless the full upgrade failed.

Saw the new text. Looked fine.
