Besides adding the file attachment comments, this changeset fixes the issue display inside a review box. I noticed that when having multiple issues opened on different types of comments, the issue_indicator div wasn't always populated correctly (due to the fact that the comment id wasn't unique). Adding the comment type beside the comment id prevents this problem.
