    I thought the "Last Updated By" column would be a useful feature to ReviewBoard and turns there was already an issue opened for it. (http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=739)

I originally added the "Last Updated By" to dashboard but I thought it would be useful for the Review Request Dashboard as well.

I love the idea of this change. We had some initial work toward creating a full-fledged way of tracking what users did what, and allowing multi-user collaboration on a review request. That would end up providing the data needed for this new column. That was a UCOSP project, but unfortunately, the student dropped out, so we're looking for someone to get it in shape. Certainly more work than introducing a new column, so I don't know if you're at all interested in that.
