Add some helpful text for hosting service configuration.

This improves the help text a little bit for a couple of the standard
hosting service fields, and also for the GitHub repository. It doesn't
deal with the other repositories yet, but GitHub is, for the moment, the
priority.

Testing Done

Saw the new help text for each field. Looked right.

Oops. I had a syntax error with "help_text_(..." and fixed it by replacing the _ with = :P
