What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use svn (https-based) as the source control server
2. rename a file
3. try to use the post-review tool. You'll get an error saying that no diff was uploaded.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A review should be upped as usual.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows Server 2003 for the RB server, Windows Vista for the commandline post-review client.
Please provide any additional information below.
This has been discussed in the Google groups and appears to be a known bug.
