Description

expandChunk was not reachable from the javascript public scope.

expandChunk is now invoked through the RB object: RB.expandChunk().

Testing Done

Local dev.

Looks fine to me. I applied the patch and made sure it worked. I didn't test with a non-dev install to make sure it fixes the bug though.
