Updated fixtures and some naive datetimes

Updated fixtures to contain aware datetimes (as per https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/i18n/timezones/#fixtures ). Fixed some naive datetimes in views and tests.
Ran tests, went through the pages in the dev server.
