Description

Fixed a bug where timezones weren't being displayed in Columns and another bug where timegm wasn't called correctly.

Testing Done

Columns actually show proper timezone now.

Unit tests pass.

Ship it!

elative columns don't need timezones. Datetime imported incorrectly.
