Description

controlled_subprocess was introduced in http://reviews.reviewboard.org/r/2620 as a potential solution to our blocking patch subprocess problem.

It might be useful in the future, so I've brought it out into djblets/utils/misc.py.

Hey timmylita:

This is the instance of Review Board that we use to vet patches for Review Board itself - thus it shouldn't be used for test messages and the like.

If you want to do some experimenting with a demo Review Board instance, try:

http://demo.reviewboard.org
