Implemented dependency error with guide inside the webUI for repositories
Review Request #2543 — Created Aug. 12, 2011 and discarded
When they select a certain repository, if they don't have the dependencies required they receive the guide in error form. If the guide is not available they are informed about it.
Tested on the Linux Ubuntu 10.10 platform.
