This patch adds a new hosting provider: Fedora Hosted.

It's a relatively basic hosting provider, essentially being just a wrapper around creating a "Raw File URL" repository against FedoraHosted's GitWeb.

 








  


 
 

  
I tested this locally against two Fedora Hosted projects, SSSD and 389 Admin.

The former was a simple test (the repo name was 'sssd') and the latter was a repo in a grouping (it used the name '389/admin'). Both work as expected.
