Currently I'm working day-and-night to finish new API framework. I'd like to hear your notes and ideas about how it should be implemented. Here I'm sending brief framework description with a portion of code snippets. This is not a part of rbtools and the request should be closed soon after developers will review it and leave their comments.

Especially, I need comments about 'uri_templates'. Is it ok to imply that those resources are always accessible via 'GET' request?
