What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter some text in the field
2. hit escape
3. text disappears with no possibility to undo
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text should not disappear or it should be possible to undo the loss of text. It is too easy to spend minutes typing a description, only to lose it by hitting escape, especially when switching from vi. <esc>:w saves a file in vi. It is hard to retrain years of muscle memory.
