This patch adds support for Darcs to RBTools, to go along with another patch I posted recently, adding Darcs support to Review Board itself.

Testing Done

I have tested the following on Linux:
* Correctness of generated diffs
* Uploading diffs to a local Review Board server

Change Summary:

This revision adds support for "--guess-summary" and "--guess-description" in postreview for Darcs.
