Description

In preparation for adding some new things to hosting services, this

change cleans up the class attributes across all our hosting services to

be more consistent. I've grouped things into several blocks:

ID, user-visible name, and visibility state
Overrides for simple properties
Data relating to forms (plans, repository fields, bug tracker field)
URLs

While in here I've fixed up a few missing docstrings and some slight

formatting stuff, but nothing major.

Testing Done

Ran unit tests.
