Description

I went to add a binary file to our SVN testdata repo, and it was failing
due to checksum errors in the repo backend. I've done a dump/load to
rebuild the DB, fixing that issue.

This change also adds the new commit with a binary file which will be
used for future patching tests.

rbtools/clients/tests/testdata/svn-repo/... has been excluded from the
posted diff here, since it's just repo stuff.

Ran unit tests.
