upcoming Review Board 7.1 release, and some dark mode improvements for
Trello.The README has been updated to show badges for the latest version, the
license, Python compatibility, and Reviewed With Review Board.
Built the release notes and checked for any obvious issues, for
build errors, for spelling errors, and for bad links.
