Added a little "New Review/Replies" indicator to the dashboard. It appears next to the summary. Basically, we now keep track of review requests that a person has visited and on those, we'll show a little icon whenever there's new reviews/replies since the last visit. In order to prevent the visit logs from taking up the whole database, we delete them whenever a review request has been discarded or marked submitted. We also only store info on the last visit, as opposed to every visit to the review request (on a per-user basis).

Updated a review request that the user hasn't visited, and no icons appeared. Updated one the user had visited and an icon appeared. Clicked the review request and went back to the dashboard and saw that the icon was gone.
