Add a product suffix for the top banner.

The top banner can now show text alongside the product name, used for
specifying, say, whether Power Pack is enabled. This is controlled by a
runtime-driven setting. Unlike the version number, it's always shown in
both desktop and mobile modes.
Saw the default text and tested with a change in Power Pack to control
the text.
