This updates our Team Foundation Server docs to also mention Azure
DevOps Server, the modern name for TFS. Most of the TFS configuration
docs are actually only relevant for TFVC repositories. This change
clarifies that, mentioning that the config isn't needed for Git
repositories. RBTools also supports TFVC repositories hosted on Azure
DevOps Services, so that is clarified in this change as well.
