Keysight acquired Cliosoft in 2023, and has since renamed Cliosoft SOS

to Keysight SOS. Power Pack 6 renames the Cliosoft SOS integration to

Keysight SOS. This change updates the RBTools documentation accordingly.


The SOSClient.name attribute has been changed to Keysight SOS as

well. Looking through the code, I'm pretty sure the name is only used

for display purposes so this should be safe to change.


I don't have a Keysight SOS license, so cannot test this fully.
