Remove hard-coded link styles on the authentication pages.

The login/authentication pages were still using a hard-coded blue and
text-decoration for links. The blue color clashed on dark mode, and was
unnecessary with modern style defaults.This change gets rid of these link styles completely.
Tested the login, registration, and Forgot Password links pages on light
and dark mode. Verified the styles looked correct in both modes.
