I've hit a few different cases where version conflicts deep in our

dependency tree cause various build errors. It doesn't seem like there's a

trivially easy fix right now, at least until rollup-plugin-copy updates

their dependency for globby. This change adds specific version pins to

work around the problems I was hitting.

Was able to do builds again.
