We now use Tabler 3.5, which provides a handful of useful new icons. As

part of this release, they changed the filesystem layout of their icons

to better separate out filled vs. outline icons. All our icon

definitions are now updated to reflect these new paths.
Along with this, we now have an icon size in-between medium and large

(ink-u-icon-ml). This comes out to a 20px icon.

Tested each icon, making sure they all rendered the correct icon.
Made use of the ml icon size in some in-progress code.
