Description

This review request has a Markdown file that contains the information that
should be used for the Integration entry on the RB website. The information
needs to be entered into a new Integration entry via the admin UI for the
RB website. There's also two .png files for the 1x and 2x icons that should
be used as the entry's logo.

Tested these out on my local RB website devserver.

While the Microsoft Teams integration works with RB5, 6 and 7, I'm fine with just having RB7+ compatibility for rbintegrations 4.
I just tried running the unit tests for RB5 and 6, and I see that some Travis CI tests fail, so yeah we might as well keep it RB7+.

Removed a random link that I had left by accident in the integration summary.
