This updates all docs in the codebase to reference the modern paths for

the base hosting sevice support, and fixes up some existing

documentation issues (namely duplicate signatures). This ensures that

there are no new warnings from the hosting service work in our doc

builds, and that people working on extensions will see the intended

modules and classes.

All unit tests pass.
Built the docs, and didn't see any warnings related to hosting service

references.
