Description

This fixes a small bug with the Add File review request action that slipped
into Review Board 6 Beta 2. The Add File action was broken because of an
incorrect attribute being set.

Testing Done


Tested the Add File action.
Tested uploading files by dragging and dropping them onto the review

  request.
Tested the Update file action
