This updates all examples to use static attributes (as required by

Spina 2.0), and to add new information on automerged attributes.
A new section has been added going into all the options available to the

@spina decorator, with examples.
There were also a few mistakes made here and there in some examples

(namely importing from the wrong identifier), which have been fixed.
