This release adds deprecated API token support, fixes Python versioning
inconsistencies with URI templates in the API, and a handful of other
bugs.We now depend on Djblets 3.1.x for the new API token and URI template
changes.
Built the docs. Checked for spelling errors, bad links, and build issues.
