This release adds deprecated API token support, fixes Python versioning
inconsistencies with URI templates in the API, and a handful of other
bugs.

We now depend on Djblets 3.1.x for the new API token and URI template
changes.

Testing Done

Built the docs. Checked for spelling errors, bad links, and build issues.

Ah yes. Thanks for the reminder!
I've been watching the ticket around this. It seems things may be somewhat resolved now, but consumers have to explicitly install the lxml package in a mode that forces local compilation. Sooo still a bit of an issue, as we can't force that through dependencies.
