This is hopefully the last pre-release for 5.0. This features control of
token expiration, notification when expired tokens are being used, improved
Ship It status in the dashboard, and some bug fixes.
Built the docs. Checked for bad links, build errors, and spelling errors.

From the tokens config page, expiration can be changed at anytime, except for when a token is expired already. This isn't reflected in the API though, there we allow people to change the expiration even if its expired already. Should we enforce that people can't change the expiration dates on tokens that are already expired?
