This is a pretty big release, dropping support for Python 2.7 and adding

3.11.
Several new documentation features were added, including Type,

Keys, and Tuple sections. Smart defaults are set when using

autodoc_utils.
GitHub code linking has been reworked to more accurately link to the

the proper lines for more types of Python code, and bugs with linking

on Python 3 have been fixed.
