This is a significant bug fix release. It addresses compatibility with
GitLab API v4, fixing scalability issues in the New Review Requesrt
page, fixes race conditions with the creation of review requests and
reviews, cache issues with diff errors, diff expansion issues when
looking at commits, and display issues with empty review request
fieldsets. It also improves the Markdown text editing experience, fixing
a number of visual rough-edges and CodeMirror editing quirks.
