This adds more detail to the sections on symlnks, showing what values to
use for symlink target when adding, deleting, or modifying/renaming
symlinks.

Examples and explicit instructions are shown for more scenarios, so
there's no confusion over how to represent symlink information.

Testing Done

Built the docs and checked the new content for errors or spelling
mistakes.
