This updates all the RBTools documentation to make use of the

.. code-block:: console directive. This is styled more correctly for

sample code and usage information, especially for our website.
All "Usage" sections for commands now use this, as well as all sample

executions.

Checked all affected pages to make sure the results looked correct.
