Update the rb_user_stats extension for Review Board 5.0.

This change updates the user statistics extension for Review Board 5.0.x
and Django 3.2. This particular change is a quite simple one for a
couple string types.
Installed and activated the extension. Hovered over a user and saw user
statistics in the infobox.
