This change cleans up some small issues across the RBTools codebase.

These fall into a few general categories:

Remove unused imports
Mark some regex patterns as raw strings to avoid invalid escape

  sequence warnings.
General style cleanup (blank lines, text width)
Fix up a couple minor string type bugs.

Ran unit tests.
