Fix issues in the Docker docs and add an important note on static media.

This fixes a few typos in the Docker documentation (including ones in
examples that confused users), and adds a callout about how a dedicated
web server is required in order to serve up static media. These were
common pain points for users trying to get set up, so hopefully these
changes make for a more clear experience.
Built the docs and checked the affected areas.
