Recommend that section header options be listed in alphabetical order.

To ensure a degree of consistency, the spec now recommends listing
section header options (likeencoding=orversion=) in alphabetical
order. All examples have been updated accordingly.
Built the docs. Checked all the examples to make sure the ordering was
correct.
