1350: Discarded reviews show up in "All My Requests" but aren't labeled as "Discarded"

If I create a request and then discard it, and go to "All My Requests", the
discarded reviews are shown there as if they were normal reviews. There
should be a "[Discarded]" label on them.

This is showing up on ReviewBoard 1.0.3.
