Description

This is a really huge release. A pretty substantial rewrite. While
there's all sorts of internal changes, there are too many to list.

These new release notes cover the more user-facing changes and features
added to Django Evolution 2.0, and touches upon some of the more
important internal-ish changes (such as the new evolver API and
signature format).

Oops, it was meant to. I originally had a subsection for each database backend, before consolidating under "Improved Database Compatibility."
