Update basechat tests for changed review-request-closed signal API.
Review Request #10924 — Created Feb. 27, 2020 and submitted
We renamed one of the parameters in the review-request-closed signal
from the reserved "type" to "close_type". This change updates the test
case that uses that.
Ran rbintegrations unit tests.
