Fedora Hosted and Google Code haven't been around in years, but we've

kept compatibility so that old repositories wouldn't break. Until now,

we haven't had a way to exclude these from the list, so technically

someone could attempt to create one of these repositories (though it

wouldn't work).
This change marks these hosting services as hidden so they won't show up

anymore.

Verified that these were no longer showing up in the repository, but that

I could load existing repositories mapped to these services.
