When we first wrote the current iteration of the administration UI's

dashboard, we introduced a handful of widgets that seemed useful at the

time. In reality, most weren't worth keeping around, and just distracted

from the few useful ones.
This change removes four of these widgets: Groups Stats, Recent Actions,

Review Request Statuses, and Database Stats.

Loaded the Admin Dashboard. Saw a much smaller selection of widgets.
