This is a patch to support installing a site in a subdirectory on an Apache web server. Without it, the RB installation will not render correctly because the paths to the CSS files, etc. aren't correct.

I made similar changes to my installation manually, but I haven't tried out generating the Apache conf file using these changes. One thing I'm not certain about is whether the Site.site_root variable in the rbsite.py script defaults to '/' if it's not set.
